From the art of cheese-making to the tranquillity of the maturing cellars, via the mountain pastures, let us guide you through every stage of the tour. Discover how tradition blends with modernity to create not only our valley’s iconic cheese, but also the seven other Savoie-labelled cheeses.

To round off the tour, gather round the tasting table, where you’ll learn to discern their subtle flavours, whilst receiving tips on how to enhance your cheese platters, master the perfect cut, or reinvent your favourite recipes.
