Destination: the atypical Neuvaz mountain pasture
Take an easy hike to Neuvaz-Dessous, a haven of alpine peace. Meet a passionate mountain farmer and explore the atypical organization of the mountain pastures, while understanding how geology and terroir shape the taste of the cheeses.
Bring walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water and a picnic. Possibility of reserving an aperitif board in advance with the alpagiste (9€) on 07 84 58 16 84. This event is part of the Chablais 2026 Geopark Weeks program.
