Country and Mill Heritage Days - A village along the river (FR)

Discover the hamlet of L’Essert through the history of the Villapeyron sawmill and its crafts, the Très-les-Pierres chapel nestled at the foot of the slate quarries, and plenty of stories about the resort and its development.

A walk from the Villapeyron sawmill to the 1861 Châtel Hostel (a snack break is planned at the chapel). A free shuttle will take you back to the sawmill.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the walk (walking shoes, a hat, water, sunscreen, etc.).
Accessible to all, but not recommended for strollers.
