See you in the gardens
On the occasion of the 20th edition of the "Rendez-vous aux jardins", the Association Jean-Marie Delavay invites you to (re)discover the work of the famous Gêtois botanist through guided tours of the garden or discovery walks.
With the theme "Music from the garden".
On the programme for both days:
10am to 6pm - Visits to the botanical garden of Father Delavay
3pm - Visit in the footsteps of Father Jean-Marie Delavay
In addition, on Sunday 4 June, as part of the Chablais Geopark Week:
10am and 11am - Visit to the heart of a peat bog
Organised each year in June by the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the national event "Rendez-vous aux jardins" is implemented in each region by the Regional Directorates of Cultural Affairs (DRAC). Its aim is to raise public awareness of the importance of knowing, protecting, maintaining and restoring parks and gardens and also to pass on know-how.
